For new clients, the first step in getting started is agreeing to the Live Love Policies and Procedures. Once you digitally sign your agreement to these terms, you will be able to access the client portal where you may schedule services for your pet. We will then contact you to schedule an initial Meet & Greet where you and your pet(s) can meet one of our Pet Care Professionals.
We use Time To Pet software for scheduling, communicating and billing. As a client, you will have your very own client portal account. From this portal, you will be able to provide real-time updates for all of your pet(s) information, your information, request future services, view scheduled services, pay invoices, and message us directly.
Our dedicated team of Pet Care Professionals come from a variety of backgrounds with their common enthusiasm and devotion on caring for animals. We require a number of interviews, a thorough screening process, background and reference checks, and their adherence to the Live Love Pet Care standards of exceptional pet care.
We appreciate as much advanced notice as possible. We cannot guarantee service with less than 24 hours notice.
We do not charge an extra fee for multiple pets, however we may suggest booking a longer visit to ensure each pet gets the love and attention they deserve.
The safety and security of you, your pets, and your home is of utmost concern for us. We ask for two copies to your home (required at the Meet & Greet). One is for the designated Pet Care Professional, and one is a backup for our office.
All keys are marked with only your pets’ names and are unidentifiable to anyone else.
All keys are kept securely in a lock box in our office when not in use.
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), and PayPal. Live Love Pet Care does not accept checks.
Payment for recurring services such as daily, weekly, or monthly Dog Walking or Pet Sitting will be charged one day prior to the first date
Payment for non-recurring services such as occasional Pet Sitting will be charged one day prior to the start date
Payment for Overnight Stays and Holidays will involve a 50% non-refundable deposit when the reservation has been confirmed. The remaining balance will be charged one day prior to the start date.
All cancellations or adjustments to services should be done using the Time To Pet portal.
Once we receive your cancellation request, only services scheduled for the next 24 hours are billable and non-refundable. All other cancellation requests, except for Overnight Stay and Holiday deposits, can be credited or refunded.
